Security Administration
DRA assists Security Managers by identifying, prioritizing and accomplishing their personnel, facility, and information security requirements. Over half of the DRA staff members have high level security clearances and actively safeguard classified material.
Personnel Security
DRA provides personnel security administration including, processing security clearances, checking security clearance status, sending visitor clearance information, process security badges, etc.
Physical Security
DRA assists Federal clients in the safeguarding, accountability, storage, production, marking, and disposition of sensitive and classified information and material in accordance with appropriate directives, policies and established procedures.
Security Policy and Procedures
Our security specialists develop, evaluate, and recommend improvements to security procedures. We review appropriate security directives and policies, and recommend improvements that better comply with National Security and agency requirements. Our staff members also assist in the preparation of classification guides.
Our staff have assisted Federal clients in safeguarding, accounting for, and disposing of classified information; identifying and assisting in the development, evaluation, and implementation of security program requirements, policies and guidelines; developing procedures and protocols for the establishment and maintenance of document control systems; and maintaining access controls and personnel authorization lists. We also assist in acquiring, operating and maintaining physical security equipment; developing procedures and schedules for facility and key personnel protection; assessing personnel suitability; providing security failure damage assessments and overseeing the establishment and operation of Secure Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF's) |
