Assisting with information technology planning, including establishing goals relating to architecture, infrastructure, hardware, operating systems, applications, and internet capabilities.

Maintaining IT security features and practices, disaster recovery plans, and IT computer security policy.

Maintaining hardware and software, including timely upgrades and updates.
|
|
Supporting and maintaining networks.
|
|
Providing web services, including maintaining the database server and supervising outside hosting services for the online server.

Upgrading various database structures and applications.
|
|
Providing technical support and helpdesk services.
|
|
Providing project management support for IT projects.
|
|
Designing, installing, and supporting software applications.
|
|
Briefing and updating internal and external audiences on IT plans, goals, progress, and challenges
