DRA provides a variety of information technology support services, including:
- Assisting with information technology planning, including establishing goals relating to architecture, infrastructure, hardware, operating systems, applications, and internet capabilities.
- Maintaining IT security features and practices, disaster recovery plans, and IT computer security policy.
- Maintaining hardware and software, including timely upgrades and updates.
- Supporting and maintaining networks.
- Providing web services, including maintaining the database server and supervising outside hosting services for the online server.
- Upgrading various database structures and applications.
- Providing technical support and helpdesk services.
- Providing project management support for IT projects.
- Designing, installing, and supporting software applications.
- Briefing and updating internal and external audiences on IT plans, goals, progress, and challenges.
